Due to food orders being custom made, we do not offer returns. However, we do compensate for issues with your order. See below.
- No refund on food orders.
- Failure to pickup order will automatically forfeit order and no refund.
- Replacement meal is offered if there's an issue with order.
- Please verify order before submitting request.
- No same day delivery or pickup orders. Cutoff time for next day orders is 1:00 p.m.
Delivery:
- Delivery orders will include a delivery fee at the time of order. Must order 24hrs prior to delivery.
- The delivery travel radius is within 15 miles of the Sugar Land area.
- Deliveries are done between 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Mon-Fri
- No weekend deliveries offered.
Pickup:
- Pick-up orders will be administered at assigned location via email Monday - Friday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. once the order has been received. Saturdays are by appointment only between 10:30 a.m. – 12:30p.m. Sundays closed.
- If you are running late to pickup your order, please notify us immediately to preserve order.
- 10 minute grace period is offered after scheduled time to pickup order before order is cancelled.
